Career Counselling

Every student at Braemar, beginning with registration, has a profile developed with the career counselor. Initially, an interview is conducted and course planning follows. Students are provided with career and post secondary information. Throughout the school year students meet regularly with the counselor to ensure they are meeting their curricular goals and gaining the credits needed to graduate. Also, students are helped with registering for programs, and with funding resources. All students have a plan that is consistently reviewed to guarantee their success.

Mental Health Counselling

We have a part-time Mental Health Therapist to help students who may be struggling with anxiety, post-partum depression, trauma, and other conflicts.

If you are a student at Braemar and in need of mental health support, please reach out to us by phone: 780-468-3000, email: braemar@epsb.ca or in person at the office, and we will be happy to assist you.
